We have dedicated high-quality stabling and grazing for your horses.  Windhall Farm has 50 acres of grazing and purpose-made stabling with an outdoor arena to ensure you and your horses have a wonderful holiday.

We offer guests staying in our self-catering log cabins the opportunity to bring their own horse, and take advantage of our wonderful hacking in this part of West Cumbria. Miles of bridleways, forests and coast to explore. There are great routes around Blengdale Forest, Guard's Lonning and on Seascale and Drigg beaches.

We also offer our guests the opportunity to book time in our 60 x 30m arena a few minutes away As you can probably tell, horses are a big part of our lives and on a Tuesday we have an exceptional BS, BD and BE trainer here who schools local people and their horses and ponies. You will have an opportunity to book time if this fits in to your holiday plans (subject to availability). or school in an arena with breath taking views. Your horse's holiday stay is available as a separate arrangement with us).
